If you click on a peak in PAZ it reads the frequency. Saving data gives the same figures. They are inaccurate. e.g. PAZ 108Hz is actually 100. This could be misleading when trying to isolate "boom" in a mix or track.
Dan, make the biggest zoom you can. I guess you got the read=out without zooming properly, it also happened to me before. For example, on one situation while trying to clean the lows I thought the problem was in 96hz and in fact it was closer to 89hz.

Sometimes I compare its read-outs to a hardware external RTA and it is much more acurate.
I use the TDM version within PT sessions.
