Sadly - this is rubbish. Cables may well be tougher, more flexible, different colours, more resilient to crushing, easier to solder or loads of other things - but sound quality is a very rare thing. There are some cables that have a very high capacitance and take the top end off, but mic cables, unless very long sound the same.
The cables you linked to are extremely dubious. Their claim to fame is colours (great), easy to clean (really? does anyone clean cables?), Matching and tracking (tracking??? what on earth is that supposed to mean - it's a cable, it cannot do any kind of processing?) and the whole point of a cable is to transport data - audio, digital data, whatever?)

Yes, just think about the stuff like old Belden balanced cable run all over New York City across multiple buildings and multiple blocks, and still getting a very good quality signal. Of course, true shielded/balanced transformers help with the matter, but I agree, cable technology has pretty much been all figured out since the 1930s, and to add some leeway, 1970s'.
