So as many of you know, I do not run on Pro Tools. I got a session to mix recently, and I was wondering if there is a way to batch mixdown (as in mixdown all at once) each individual track, to save time. Rather than highlight each track, or solo each track and click bounce to disc.
Reason being is because I would rather spend my time doing a mix I'm paid to do on a platform I am comfortable with, in a room that is acoustically better than my college's classroom.
Thanks

Maybe you need to consolidate the tracks before you export them.
Hope this helps.

If there's eq or effects on each track, you'll need to first copy the settings on the RTAS and use the Audio Suite version to apply the effect to the track. Then hit shift+option+3 to condense the track into a single file, then export it as Bart said.

Exactly. Isn´t audiosuite processing of lesser quality than a regular bounce to disk? or maybe no delay compensation within?
I am not sure now with Hd7.
With old Mix systems we avoided doing the Audiosuite thing, except for tasks like Serato Pitch Shifting , GAin Adjustment, when the mixer was only up to +6dB.
I've never heard that. I don't know.
