Hi! I have a question I can't find answers to (so far) on the net...
I just found out I can edit waveforms and manipulate parameters on my VS-890 with my PC using Cakewalk via midi... do I need to download anything for this?
Can ya help me out?
First of all let s clarify one thing...you can edit the waveforms ON the VS unit...but you can not edit the waveforms via midi on the computer...you are editing block data!!
I'm sure all you need to do is contact roland..their technical support department is awesome!

They'll be able to tell ya how to do it properly.
I usually dump the tracks in two at a time into the PC and then edit and mix the tracks
