I just bought this second hand to house an autotune and pre but there is NO WAY to screw these things in. It's impossible to get your hand inside the thing to screw the nut onto the bolt. Are there some sort of clips instead that I need to pick up?

They are kind of a pain, but they eliminate stripped rack rails. If you strip one, just replace the "Clip".

Ok cool. Thanks guys. Like I said, I picked the case up used and it didn't have any hardware. I'll run over to GC and scoop some of those up in the morning.
Drove me nuts trying to wedge my hand into the back of the case to figure out how to screw a nut onto a bolt into a case without threads...haha....moron...

I saw a professional installation where the installer used a sheet metal screws in a rack that was designed for 10/32 rack screws. I guess he/she thought that the equipment would never be removed once it was in place or had no idea that the rack was tapped for screws so don't feel too bad.

I don't know what you mean by getting your hands inside to screw a nut onto a bolt. Rack screws do not require nuts. You should have received a bag of clips with your case. You position the clips in the holes and screw into those.
