Hi
In running Cubase on MAc G5 OS X I have the stock Cubase effect plugins, i also have some freeware ones i have downloaded and use. I also have purchased and run a UAD-1 Studio PAK
That being said if you had this set up and did mainly acoustic based/pop/country what would you get next of these 3?
1) another Studio UAD-1
2) WAVES Gold Bundle
3) TC Powercore
please also tell me why?

the multi-band compressor comes in handy a lot of times. esp on the vocal track. the eqs are effective and sound good.

You will probably never need another UAD. They've designed it so well it barely uses its own memory to the max. I have the TC powercore along side the uad and use both of them on everything. The TC has an awesome voicestrip and a lot of really cool aftermarket plugins available. But Ive found that it uses a lot more of its memory....so it looks like Ill be buying another powercore as well
