I'm foraying into the digi world now and have just about everything working but one thing. I'm hoping someone here may be able to point me in the right direction.

We're running PT 5.1.3 Mix+. We have the 888/24 working fine and is attached to the core card. We have an Apogee AD-8000 connected to the farm card. It just doesn't recognize it. We've tried every possible cabling option we could think of. We know the cables are all good.

We've heard the Apogee is real finnicky, but there has to be a way this should work. The person lending it to us had it connected to a PT HD system and it worked fine. So we know the unit is okay.

Any clues? Thanks in advance!
