SDII, WAV and AIFF. PT LE (On Windows), just WAV and AIFF. You can also import or export the audio to/from a movie from within PT. With the MP3 option (about US$20) you can also import/export MP3 files from within PT.
For all the other formats there are cheap shareware products available that will convert virtually any audio format to any other.
