Not a Logic user, just curious, isn't it supposed to be able to use PT i/o and dsp? Anyone running TDM's in Logic? Anything you'd like to say about the experience? How do they work when used with native (or UA or TC card boosted) plugins?
(Since the buzz is that PT might drop TDM for native plugs in OSX, if you don't mind the 48Khz limit, it might soon be a good time to pickup old hardware and obsolete software cheap.)

Hello Bear! Yes, logic is doing perfectly well with both - TDM and Native Stuff. Logic is really a (platform) allrounder. I know of no other program, that is so portable between formats - say native/ASIO to TDM to PC with an Audiowerk and back, what IMHO is becoming more important these days, where people show off in the studio for recording additional tracks to their (prepro)arrangements to edit in their home-studio, coming back in for the mix.
You can even feed native audio to TDM via Direct Connect, that means theoretical 128 Voices and the programmers beloved VST-plugs through TDM, if your CPU can handle that.
Propably all logic-users are looking forward to V. 5.0 that will introduce a new automation based on MIDI that will make logic catch up ProT@@ls' Mix and Automation features.

I work for 3 1/2 years with logic TDM and it's my invaluable tool for composition, preproduction, recording, editing and (though I still use "analog" desk and automation) mixing.
And yes, I'm looking forward to the next Digi-Upgrade, that will make me able to shop for more "vintage" MIX-farms.
