If so it looks like an XLR jack to me....not a very standard or common approach to power supply connections....
It's not an XLR jack. It is a round multi pin jack.
Of course the linked power wart is for a different device altogether and unless you know the pin and voltage and mA specs it isn't a good idea to just go mixin' the juice.

either way it's still a specific factory connector non-standard power supply connection and I would think the only way to replace it would be to go back to the factory and order a replacement...I was also thinking Ebay might have one....
