Altiverb x record your EFX returns

Hi friends! I have heard that ALTIVERB seems to be the best available reverb for PT TDM systems. However, seems that it is very hungry chip power!

a) Are they available for Mix systems under OS 9.2.2?

b) if ( a) is yes, how much of dsp usage? how will we end up with track count, plugin usage?

c) I would not like to buy an additional computer just to have a nice reverb. Since track count is not a big issue now, I have been recording some efx returns/weird efx combis into daw spare stereo tracks so as to free up the best reverb boxes ( Lexicon MPX, SPX 990 Yamaha) to main instruments and vocals...

thanks again

with so many tracks available at daws printing efx returns is cool.

however, i like semidirect outs, so I always direct out signals to my board, which is stuck to 32 discrete outs, it s the o2R. maybe I will have to pille the efx returns again at a stero pair os a few more, and eq and control each one inside the daw ( PT mix 5.1.1/G4 800).

any idea?
