Aural Exciter Plugin Version or Similar Processor?

Thanx for your reply, but Ozone doesn't work on my system good, and the UAD now too expensive now....is there anything alese on the market?

For example

- Prosoniq Mixciter & Voxciter

- DSP FX Aural Activator

- Synthedit Exciter



or a plug in that doesn't actually do exciting, it rather changes the phase corelation between the high & the low part of the signals spectrum, but has a similar effect - BBE Sonic Maximizer



And Treena, what exciter-like plug in were you referring to when suggestiong UAD1 PRoject PAK ? As far as I know, there isn't anything there similar to an exciter... Pultec is a good EQ, but not an exciter :)

You really can't beat the real thing. I built an Aphex Aural Exciter B many years agoand it does a good job. You see, relying on a computer just causes problems!
