I'm looking into getting a line mixer that I can rack mount below my workstation desk. I will only be used as a monitor mixer and an input signal router into two ART Pro Channels into a MOTU 828mkII. The mixing is all done internally with CueMix console and the MOTU's inputs acting as an aux patchbay so mic preamps and EQs are not an issue. I just need clean quality signals gong in to the Pro Channels.

Have you looked into the Mackie Bigknob or the Presonus Central
Have you looked into the Mackie Bigknob or the Presonus Central Station? Will those work for what you need?
The best stereo balanced line mixer i've found is the Ashley LX-308B. I'm pretty sure they have a few others that meet different needs, but they are solid, sound great, and take up only one rack space.
I'm also recommending the Ashly LX-308B Quiet, good sound, +4 me

Quiet, good sound, +4 metering, simple.... great for monitoring all your sources.
Hmmm the Ashly LX-308B does not have light pipe, no usb or fire
