i currently have a samson kit 7 for drum mics, and a 7 piece pacific cx.. looking for the best way to record this kit. mics are for a standard five piece kit with two overhangs. i want to record stereo tracks onto my computer. whats the best way of creating a nice sound with the mics ? also a recommended mixer and how many channels needed XLR, and or inputs.. Im looking to record on my computer either usb or firewire. on a limited budget so please let me know! thank you!
