hey,
i'm a beginner using digital performer; just starting to get an idea of how to use it, though familiar with other digital recording applications. i'm looking for an effect, or something, so that i can reverse soundclips (as in, render recorded audio clips backwards). i see that the retrograde and reverse time functions apply to midi use, however, i'm trying to do this with recorded audio tracks.
is this possible within the program? or must i export the samples and reverse them externally? it seems there must be a way to simply make them backwards.
thanks so much,
nathan.

I use DP 3.1 and do this all the time, but I'm not sure if it's the same procedure in 4.1.
Highlight the audio clip in the edit window and go to the list of plugins in the audio menu. Select Premiere and then select Reverse from the sub menu. Done.
