Drum Tuning for non Drummer

So, I have a drummer who is not good at tuning his kit. (this is the drummer in my band, not a client... just a home studio here)



I am great at tuning guitars and basses and wind instruments by ear, with tuning forks or electronically.



Is there anyone who could walk me through how I can tune this 3 pc kit?



Right now all drums have two new heads on them but the sound is VERY boomy and the drums ring on and on.
