Need help with Run the Focusrite ISA One and Advid MBox Pro Via Spdif connection

Yes, we need more detail.
If you have the Focusrite ISA One Digital, then you simply run a 75 Ohm coax cable from the S/PDIF output on the digital card of the ISA One to the S/PDIF input of the MBox Pro. Set the MBox clock source to be the S/PDIF input.
