How to label a demo disk

Mom and Dad bring Daughter to Studio. Daughter belts out a few songs over a karaoke CD.

Now she has a "DEMO"

I can print on the disk.
I figured I'd do a two-sided card for the jewel case cover.

What's the right way to label a demo?
