Hey guys! I need two things:

1 - A cheap yet powerful enough laptop so that it won't crash while using NI's Traktor in a live session.(Im talking Dell cheap here.)
2 - A sound card that will allow me to use Traktor appropriately. Im assuming i need two stereo outputs, one for the master and another for headphones.(if I'm incorrect, this is why i need youre help.) I dont know if i need external or internal, i saw one guy using just one output from his lap onto a mixer and he was playing fine.
