Has anyone used this?
I am looking for a second interface for my second computer (so I can kick out simple ideas when I am at home, away from my primary system)
I do not need it to be great quality, just acceptable.
What IS important to me is that it does not introduce crashes and crap out the other stuff running on my home system.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I understand some of the limitations of usb, but this is not to be a primary recording machine, just a machine where I could do some simple single overdubs and capturing of ideas.
I will not be looking to realtime plug while recording or anything... maybe just lay a guitar then a vocal over midi drums, or retrack a bass part over tracks done on my other machine.

What's your other interface? If you have another sound card already you will not be able to use both at the same time unless it's the same manufacturer and it's not USB!
USB does not work with multiple devices in that nature for audio. Not enough bandwidth and USB driver issues on top of that!
Opus :D
