I have an older pair of Alesis Monitor One monitors. Unfortunately, they are unshielded. I currently have them about 1 1/2 ft away from my computer monitor and right one is about the same distance above my computer tower. Should I be concerned? It isn't close enough to warp the colors on the screen, but I dont know if the magnetic field increases when they have sound coming out of them, nor do I know if it poses any real threat to the tower. I was basically trying to figure out if I needed to shield them and how I would do that if it were necessary. thanks!
