multiple headphone mixes

i am using a 002 and Pro Tools le - i was just wondering what the process should be for creating multiple headphone mixes. How do you set them up and what (in any) additional gear would be helpful. I'd like to get 4-5 seperate headphone mixes if possible.

you need an external headphone mixer to drive the headphones and

Add until 8 mono AUX on top of each track, than send to the headphone mix wath ever your performer want.Configure your AUX to output on OUT 1 to 8
