I think its my amp, just went with my ear directly infront of the speaker, Hum and Hiss.
Not noticeable otherwise. Tubes are new.
The mic`s probably pick up the noise, well. Will check tomorrow.

Stick a noise gate onto the channel strip in Logic and cut it out so it won't be noticeable during silences in the bounced file. Hopefully there's enough headroom during the musical portions that it won't be audible.

its the amp, clearly. I put some isolation infront of the speaker, bit better now.

It might be right according to some historic books, but, I am German, from Osnabrueck, 2 hours below Hamburg, been in the US for 16 years now. Never heard teufelhund.
My wife is Australian, I try to teach her German, but its strange, it changes all the time from he to she and past and so on.

LOL. Your English is better than my very rusty German to be sure. It's funny, once I was fairly fluent in German but it is only sometimes there now and rarely completely correct. Marines come up with all kinds of traditions whose origins are sometimes spurious. Even when we know they aren't quite 100% accurate the legend ends up more important than the fine details! Thanks for humoring we Leathernecks (which is 100% accurate).

In the past 28 years, I've been married to 2 German born and bred partners. One day they were trying to explain to "Oma" what I did for a living. Grandma wasn't quite comprehending. I don't speak German even though I've been there but I do read the back of Deutsche gramophone records. So I looked at grandma and said " Tonmeister". Grandma immediately responded with "Ach! Tonmeister!" Problem solved. I did enjoy learning the term "Dunkel Hefe' Wietzen" especially when I was in Bavaria.

detmold haha, thats maybe 25 miles from Osnabrueck, bremen is an hour
drive north , Autobahn speed. There was the famous hyde park in osnabrueck.
You might have stopped there, always good bands. Than the city closed it down.

For Breakfast we each have a fresh 50 liter beer barrel near us on the bench, all connected to a central CO2 supply for fast refills of our enourmes beer mugs. Smoked deers and elks are hanging in whole from the sealing and the bread is always freshly baked by Osnabrueck slaves who tried to sneak into Bavaria for a better living..
Poor sods... , but then... the Hamburger are much worse off... They do duty in our public lavatories.
