Can't you save it as a raw PCM? (extension: .wav)
If an audio program can't read/write PCM files it doesn't deserve to exist.

There really aren't any translation programs that will allow you to conveniently convert from one to that other. Big pain.

So basically your option is to render out each track individually, complete with the plug-ins you have chosen.

You have to do it this way since the plug-ins and other program features are exclusive & unique to their respective programs.. So there is no automatic function to do this.

One of the biggest problems is not being able to import the actual mix information.

Moral of this story is if you can possibly avoid it, never change horses in middatastream.
