I am going to buy some soon, by I have no idea which kind to get. They will be used to produce hip hop beats in my home studio. I would like to keep it under $500. Any suggestions? I was looking at KRKs, are they good? what about the M-Audio bx8's?

Grab your favorite CD. Go to the music store. Listen to it through one set, then the other. You'll like one better than the other. Buy that one.
