Hey guys, I've got a vocal clip and I need to slow the tail end of the clip down. Is this possible on a Revox b77, and what is the safest way to do it? Is it safe to turn the tape while the clip is recording from an external CD player? The plan is to get the track back into a DAW to edit. Let me know!
It's possible to slow it down in software. You don't need to us
It's possible to slow it down in software. You don't need to use an old revox b77to accomplish that.
From where does the clip originate from (type of media that it will be supplied on)? What type of software are you currently using? For what purpose is this used for? An effect? Or trying to match pitch from two different sources? Is this something that was already recorded on the Revox? Are you transferring to the Revox? Or just thinking of using the machine for an effect, that can easily be done in software?
Your question is sort of like "it hurts when I do this".
