Hi everyone,
Is there anyone who knows if the TUBE-TECH is as versatile as the Vari mu?
Is the blue one capable of smashing pretty hard the stereo bus if that is needed?
Any input is very welcome.
Thanks

The Tubetech is a handy peice of gear. I little compression will glue a mix together right nice. It doesn't do massive compression well. It really starts slamming and pumping and the attack and release controls are pretty damn touchy. It adds a nice lil' sheen to things.
It's hard to find much stuff on Tube tech, I wonder why?

I've used a LCA2B twice and don't think I would ever own one. I do own one stereo and three mono Vari-Mu's by Manley so you can guess which one I like better. The Manley vari-mu is sure more popular and is used by many tracking, mixing and mastering studios so that should tell you something.
