I was just wondering if you guys could help me with this. I really like the effect used in the cover song "Metal" by Nine Inch Nails. I'm thinking it's a reverse delay effect on his audible breathing/cymbals, possibly? It starts building at 2:05 and builds to climax at 2:10 right before he sings the next line. It also happens at 2:23-2:30 over his voice. Let me know what you guys think it is. Thanks!
