Original track, and 2 tracks tuned a few cents up and down, panned left and right (slightly) with delay between 7-20ms.

Not exactly. There is a delay effect with a very fine modulated pitch. Delay can be anywhere up to 50ms

On top of autotuning it gives it that really digital, robotic sound. Good luck!

Actually the waves doubler plugin that I mentioned can also modulate pitch it really sounds like what they used.
