Hey there. I'm currently recording songs with an AT3035 condenser and an EMU 0404 USB preamp. It's actually equipment I used to own but i'm now just borrowing it. I'm recording with the exact same computer I used to have it setup with and I never had problems in the past. The equipment works fine with the current owner but I'm hoping theres maybe just a setting I can change to fix all of this. I record with Cool Edit Pro 2.1. It almost sounds like i'm recording too close, but I used to have such crisp and quality sounding vocals.
