With difficulty, unless your drummer is excellent at keeping beat to musicians or unless you're going to provide him with a click track to play along to. ;)
Other than that, surely you just need to record the parts and have someone near the audio source to press 'play' at the right time?
Just make sure you're logical. Have a way to cue it up, even if it's not the normal way your songs start, so that everything will be in place.
