Please forgive me if I'm being totally out of line here, but I wanted to ask for some advice and opinions on a project I've been partly involved in.
I've been doing some keyboard overdubs for this band, but also recorded two tracks in my garage.
This topic has been deleted.. From now on any kind of "challenge" like it, "bait" posted to create a flame, will go the same way. I thought it was what it turned out to be when it first came up but I decided to let it run to see where it went. Having seen where it led, it is now where it belongs.. in the trash . . . move on to more constructive endeavors.

A rather extensive question for those who might have the time/interest/inclination (of course I understand this seems too involved--I realize many here have more experince than I):
OK, not to be dense here, but who's picking up what in terms of organizing all these mixing groups? I'm confused. I really haven't even had the time to listen to all the candidates what with changing over to Win2k, meeting my first grandchild, etc.
anyone ever go through the own personal debate of the investment quality of gear you purchase? For example, some people who make enough income can afford to own pieces of gear that will be worth 25% of the purchase cost in 5 years - where as some of us cannot.
