I'm looking for opinions on how better my mastering skill could be..
If you hear any defects in the frequency range, stereo field, levels, etc... Please let me know..
I could make it loader but made it at an LUFS of around -14db in preparation for youtube
The lead vocal is not definitive, (It might never be since I'm not a signer ;) )

Thanks

I recently replaced the stock 12AX7 tube in this mic to a 12AT7. The original reason I changed the tube wasn't to get a tonal difference, it was just that the old tube was causing noise, and the only spare tube I had lying around was a 12AT... but I think it did change the tonal characteristics of the mic, not dramatically, but a bit.

Where else can I test my Cardiod Condenser Microphone?

I had a Studio Projects C1 Condenser Mic in storage for about 11 months.

Since I was not using I decided to sell it to a friend. My friend has an mbox-2 pro interface and has been using a Shure Dynamic mic for his recordings.

After plugging in my C1, we got no signal coming in. When then noticed that we forgot to press in the 48 Phantom power button. Once again no signal.

Wondering if someone has a fast easy way to get a test tone into 26 channels at the same time to test for recording dropouts and performance.

I have a ZED16R with 16 channels of ADAT running into a FF800 with the remaining 10 inputs. I have a sine wave generator for the test tone.
