Greetings! I'm new to this forum . .Jumping right in with a problem . .

I've been working with an original 02R mixer for a few years now. Love it so much, I bought a shiny new 02R96! Totally different animal, I'm finding out . . .I'm having a heck of a time bringing up any of the internal effects. Yamaha's knowledge center explaination makes little sense to me, and I've followed the directions with no success. Tech support just keeps emailing me the knowledge center directions . .

Does anyone have experience with both boards, who can maybe give me a clue as to what I need to do? I certainly would appreciate it!
