Maybe I'm just plain dumb, but long before I would post that question around here, I would do what seems logical to me at least and contact the maker of the mixer with the model and serial number and ask them...
Yeah, I missed that spelling error. My bad. I just wanted to see if anyone knew off hand because I didn't want to go through a hassle with making all sorts of phone calls because I really don't care that much.

I got about 30 hits on Google by entering: Carvin FX1644 mixer. (no 'g')
Carvin is still in biz, I would think a quick call to their offices would get some info, or perhaps their website..FAQ page, someting like that?
