Hi guys, which dynamic eq plugin do you guys like in VST or Directx? I've been looking for one in Nuendo and I can't find any, is there any in Nuendo's plugins or in the Waves 5.0 Diamonds?
Waves C4 is my favorite for compressing bands of frequencies.
Roger Nichols' new multiband is another fav. It is different. Instead of compressing the WHOLE signal in groups of frequencies, you can select only to compress at certain levels, and then pick how much compression you want.
Thanx for all your options, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for, I was talking about the dynamic eq like the one in Adobe Audition. The ones that you can program to change a track eq throughout the track's playback, it's usefull when you want to make a guitar intro that start's only with low frequencies and starts gaining higher frequencies in a certain time, you know what I mean?

Dynamic EQ = Multiband Compression basically. That's why we all answered the way that we did. Yeah, use automation. That is the whole purpose of your DAW software. It lets you do the things that would have taken six skill hands in the old days.

Yea, if you just want to automate, almost any EQ will do the trick... It's more of a question of how Nuendo uses automation. In Sonar, it's a breeze.
