Im looking to start recording and one of the components will definitely need is an External Hard disc to store the music. Please any suggestions. Ideally one with UBS and firewire, not sure if that exists. One that I can keep for a good few years even if I upgrade my computer. Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers Michel

Thanks for the info. I was just going to ask about the noise factor. A fanless solution seems ideal. How much do these 2 cost?
