groove tube VIPRE

I have one ..I like it alot ..its very versitile..I use it for vox mostly and sometimes kick drum..To me it rides the line between clean and colored..If that makes any sense :lol:

Don,what style of music are you doing on it

Rock Alternative..Singersongwriter{Tory Amos type}...Garage{Kinks type }lately most..Nothing too heavy or light.. I haven't done a pure Pop singer with it..Sometimes for a really aggressive sound/singer I'll use a G.R. MPNV instead and nazz it up a bit...But overall the Vipre is my favorite for vox..With the ability to alter the loading and slew it really can change up nicely..

thats where im at middle of the road rock and roll nothing real heavy but i think i like alot of color and personality than clean---have you tried the DI for guitar?

I haven't tried the DI for guits..I've used it on Keys/Bass guit very nice...If you like color Try the Great River it also has a very nice DI..Theres alot of choices... http://www.atlasproaudio.com I think they have a Vipre marked down{maybe demo}..Good luck
