Im not too familiar with the track, but there has been an ad in the pages of SOS recently for a guitar FX processor called the Adrenalinn.Its designed by Roger Linn And is described as a "breakthrough" product. It has been endorsed by John MAyer & Eric Claptlon, who are both using it. If I find the ad, I'll post a link.
the adrenalinn is an amazing guitar fx box. it does the step filtering syncable lfo thing and slaves to midi clock. it's a hot potato. i've used in on vocal tracks out of pro tools for some crazy stuff. very cool. you can make some sick beats running the built in drum machine through the internal amp models, delays, and filters.
