My studio setup is 002 PT le6.2,G4 dual1.42g aswell as having a Powerbook G4 667 and mbox as a portable location rig. Some of my clients use Logic as there main plateform and I was wanting to be able to bring there projects into Pro Tools and vis versa. Is there an easy way of doing this?.Even if it is just the multitracked audio files.Any suggestions?

I'm not postitive but doesn't Logic support OMFI? While this isn't always mean it's going to work I think this will be your easiest method (if it works...).
I think one of the limitations of OMFI is that you need mono files so you will need to seperate any stereo tracks to mono left and mono right.
this should (if it works *sigh*) bring in the whole project as an edit list with some things preserved.
You can find out the limitations of all the common interchange formats by digging here: http://www.edlconvertpro.com

This has been an invaluable resource for me. Just click on the edl format on the left side of the screen and it will tell you the limitations (ie. fades don't transfer, must be mono files, automation or pan not transferred, etc.).
Check it out!

From Logic to PT: Go to the freeze dialog, dial in 24bit freeze files. Freeze all tracks, copy them to another folder.
