you will always get more of a stereo image when you record in stereo,, and you should definetly separate your parts,, if you have a huge sequence and just hit play,, and record the whole thing,, you have no control over the levels after that,, you might can consolidate a few tracks together here and there,, but do that appropriately,, like a drum loop,, or 2 different pads maybe,, but never like a bass sound with a string sound,, i know you can pretty much come up with an awesome mix inside your triton before it ever goes out,, but it just all depends on what else you're recording with it,, if you're recording actual live playing,, i'd do every track separate,, but if it's a sequence,, you gatta make the call,, i've been there man, used to do drum and bass music with a couple of kurzweils and logic audio on mac,, make the most of what you got ;)
