i am curently using adobe audition 1.5 and when i record u can obly heard from 1 side i have tp put it both side manuel + plux how can i heard my self while recording

a microphone is a mono source. so if you have it in only one channel or the other, you will only hear it that way unless you set the channel to monitor in mono and center the channel (if needed) on your output bus. you need to set your headphones onto the same channel or bus.
