i am going to upgrade my JBL LSR 32 monitors. I have short listed above monitor. Please suggest me the better one. I am afraid of ADAM's ribbon Technology, Is these tweeters r rigid. In JBL I have problem with tweeter, (tweeters in JBL are very delicate). Please tell me wat to do?

I happen to reall like the JBL LSR. I really love my Genelec 1031's. All the ADAM's I have heard have been great sounding so - ? Now that the the 1031's are obsolete, you may find a great deal on some new ones while they last.

Well the 1032 is larger with better low freq response and is much louder with bigger poweramps. So which one is better depends on your requirements and how close the monitors are placed.
If your blowing tweeters in your JBL then you may need monitors where power and loudness are of a higher priority then quality.
