I like to look through the preferences tab and selct certain qualities. Do it lame or blade, does not matter. I use at least 192K, it goes to 320KBS Make sure you remember which folder you send them to! I think they also have a mac version just in case. It works very well After you get use to it, you can right click your file and it is on the window..select it and you are happening. Great program. Freeware.
