Im Purchasing Reason 4.0 Tommorow Aswell as an Akai MPK 49- Key MIDI Controller.
Ihave NEVER used Reason in my life,does anyone know where to get full tutorials,the in's and outs of everything you need to know..for free?

Try Amazon for the Reason tutorial book or do a search on youtube for some video tutorials.

You mentioned you have never used Reason before. Did you download the demo before you purchased it? Too late now but maybe you should have looked into that firstly to give you an idea of what to expect. It's a fair bit of cash to spend on something you haven't looked into.

Just some advice. Hope this helps;)

dide, i use reason to sample drums for my tracks, you don't need to waste your money on it, i got it for free of the net!

Takes a bit of work to find the files and crack and burn the sound bancks onto disk but it shave a LOT of money!

Reason is easier than a live or pro studio settup even tho the FX and shit works the same!

It links it up for you!

Jusr rught ckick and wack in m mixer, the right click again and add FX, then add a redrum or summin and load a patch and away you go :D

Manuals are shit, you need some one to show you hands on!

Go on a course, you won't regret it!

And by turning in knobs like you, I've actually made a decent amount of money. You see, I've gotten three $2000 rewards in the past year alone from turning in people just like you. I was able to buy two new Schoeps mics and put a down payment on a new preamp that's being built for me all due to some poor schmucks who thought it would be cool to steal.

Anyway, back to J-Barz's, question. I don't use them any longer (sort of moved on), and they aren't free, but [[url=http://[/URL]="http://www.groovebo…"]Groovebox[/]="http://www.groovebo…"]Groovebox[/] has online video tutorials for Reason. However, your best bet is to save your money and just read the documentation. If you can't handle that, you may be into the wrong hobby/obsession/career/whatever. The manuals are much improved in Reason 3 and 4.

Enjoy your new purchases! If you have any notion about how to route a signal using a real rack of gear, you should have no problem with Reason. It's a rock-solid piece of software and I love it.
