Unfortunately not. But the price was far too good to pass it.

I am leaning more towards a small one.

When I first saw it I thought Theile. But I don't find anything on any of their historic sites.

What language is printed on the boards or any of the electrical parts? The tube is not rare nor is it's use in a mic.

I will check again, but I did't saw any boards inside when I had I open. Only couple of capacitors and resistors.

Yeah! They look well built. And very Eastern European. Czech or Russian maybe Austrian but it's so hard to tell.

You might check out a site called oldmics.pl They may be able to tell you what they are. Perhaps even get you a line on power supplies.

I'll give them a line now. I've also asked the guys behind http://elektroakust… but so far haven't received any answer.

Within their pages is a large set of links to various collections, engineers, manufacturers etc. And in these links I found THIS

Czechoslovakian Microphone Museum Inside of this I found Tesla AMC 500 and the power supply. Now this mic is the transistor version of those tube mics. There's another called the Tesla AMC 412 which is a tube mic very similar.

This is the page you mentioned. And I don't know if you had been able to see the mics and the paper work on them.

Both of these examples are just a little off but definitely the parentage of your mics.
