The arrangement is fine even if I'd like to hear a voice. But for a sleeping song or a video background it's very nice.
I hear a bit of noise at the beginning, it may be comming from your mixer, poor little thing may be giving it's best...

Anyway, the sound is ok.. a bit bouncy, did you use a compressor ?
a 2 mic array would allow for a wider sound too.
