I think Supermediastore.com carries Taiyo Yuden... Those and MAM-A Gold Reference are my faves...

TY's are pretty cheap - They'll probably average 40-50 cents. MAM-A Golds are more at around $1.30 each.

I use both regularly, but I have them custom thermally branded (I don't even know where my supplier gets them from).

Those are both great.
If you don't need any kind of special printable top surface, you should not pay more $.32/ea for Taiyo Yudens, and not more than $1.00 for MAM-A (Mitsui) Golds. Unless you are getting like free shipping or something, which still probably wouldn't equal out.
And of course, I guess you should expect to pay a lot more than this for having them custom printed.

I've been using the Maxell Music (or Data) PRO discs for a couple years. the key word is PRO... they're made in the Taiyo Yuden Japan plant, triple coated, and high QC. They're readily available at your local Walmart or Office depot.

The C1 check on plextools has been superior... very, very low errors. 8)

^^^ word. I just tried my 1st batch of those and they rock on the Plextor PX-716A. And, thanks to John Scrip for turning me onto Plextools Professional, BTW.
