I have a Behringer UB 1002. It is a little one, I know, but it works for me until I can afford a decent mixer. I also work with Soundblaster audigy and Cubasis VST.
I have connected the mixer to the Audigy via the "Tulp-plugs", that's the Dutch name. Those are the white and red audio plugins you normally use to connect a CD-player to a radio, for instance.
From the Behringer's tape out to the Audigy's line in 3, on the back. Then I assign the line in 3 from the Audigy to the proper channel in Cubasis.
