I recently had a minor problem with my NSEQ-2, and just wanted to say what a positive experience it was! Millennia fixed it under warranty (the warranty period is a year!), and let me use an Origin as a loaner. When I noticed that the Origin's solid state pre sounded slightly different (better?) than my HV-3, they told me that I could send the HV-3 in for some tweaks to bring it up to the state of the art.
I could go on. John LaGrou and Millennia are not only the "real deal" in terms of sonics, they rock in customer service as well.

I used to be a "beta" tester for Millennia stuff when my roomie worked for them a s a design engineer. Needless to say, that experienced completely changed my perception of what good sounding gear is. John L is awesome and heartily recommend MM products to any discerning ears out there.
